Booking & Tickets
Unfortunately we don't include festival tickets with your purchase. We're unable to help you get hold of any either.
Unfortunately you need to have a Glastonbury ticket to camp with us. We will need to check your Glastonbury ticket when you arrive.
Dependent on the tent type you've chosen, this is usually possible. Please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to do this and we'll send you a payment link for the additional guest.
You can do this, however you'd have to let us know first, as we'll need to update your booking and generate new logins and passes for the new guests. There's no charge for this service.
Payment is required in full with your order to guarantee your stay with us, however we offer Klarna and ClearPay at checkout if you'd like to spread the cost a little.
If you book on our early bird scheme before the main ticket sale, then don't manage to get tickets, we'll happily refund you your money, minus a £25.00 admin fee which covers our processing costs. Additionally, due to card processor restrictions, we can only accept early bird scheme bookings via PayByBank. Standard bookings can be made with all major debit and credit cards, along with ClearPay and Klarna.
If for any reason you can't attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to resell your tent to another guest, then you'll get a full refund, minus a £25.00 administration fee per guest.
If we're unable to resell your tent, the date you cancel will define the refund amount we can provide you. Please see our terms and conditions for more details on this.

Yes, we include 2 low voltage power sockets in each tent. These are suitable for powering the LED lighting in the tent and charging mobile devices only. The power isn't strong enough for hairdryers, straighteners etc, however these are available to use free of charge in the Beauty Bar.
Many guests have asked us about bringing fans, which unfortunately we can't allow as we need to provide higher power sockets to the tents, however you can book a fan and higher rated power sockets for a small extra fee during booking.
Our bell tents are pretty spacious, but the number of people per tent varies by tent size. These are:
4m Bell Tent - Min 2 Guests, Max 3 Guests
5m Bell Tent - Min 2 Guests, Max 4 Guests
6m Bell Tent - Min 4 Guests, Max 6 Guests
We've got multiple blocks of "posh loos" on site, along with 2 blocks of private showers which are all individual cubicles with their own changing area in each, open 24hrs a day.
Food & Drink
There certainly is! Our Retreat bar is open from 8am - 3am serving everything from iced coffees through to bespoke cocktails and draught beer. Plus, the Retreat bar is fully air conditioned so its a great place to unwind and relax.
Absolutely, the Sky Barn restaurant is open from 8am - 11am for breakfast, then serves a selection of snacks such as pizzas and sandwiches until the early hours of the morning - perfect for the midnight munchies after a big day at the festival.
Absolutely! Just hop on to the Sanctum Village app and you can order drinks and snacks to your tent anytime the bar and restaurant are open.
Just so you know, we'll need a debit or credit card authorisation from you when you check-in if you'd like to take advantage of this service.
Absolutely, you'll be able to enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast Thursday to Monday, unless you've booked an early check-in, where you'll also get breakfast on the Wednesday.
No problem. In your guest portal, we'll ask you for any of your guests dietary requirements or allergies. If for any reason we can't cater to them, we'll let you know well in advance and find a suitable solution.
Please note that whilst we'll take every care with your food, due to the nature of our outdoor kitchens, we can never 100% guarantee against cross contamination of ingredients.
Absolutely. You're more than welcome to bring drinks on site for personal consumption.
We don't supply fridges unfortunately, however during your booking you'll be able to add one of our cool bags to your booking, which we'll replace the ice in daily, so you'll always have cold drinks for the tent!
You certainly can, however we can't allow any cooking equipment on site, and we'd be unable to cook anything for you unless arranged prior, due to our strict allergen controls.
Location & Travel
We're roughly 1 mile away from Bronze gate, however our shuttle pickup point is much closer than this.
We include a complimentary, entirely free of charge shuttle service to and from the festival. The shuttle runs roughly every half hour, however our guests have access to our mobile app which offers shuttle bus tracking, so you know when the next one is due.
All tent reservations include 1 parking space free of charge as standard. If you need to bring more than 1 car, you can add an additional parking space for a small extra cost during the booking process.
If you need to add an extra parking space after you've made your booking, just get in touch with our guest services team who will be able to add this to your order.
There's free festival coaches that run regularly from the train station to the festival. We can arrange our shuttle to collect you from Bronze gate which is a short walk from the festival drop off point (PgA)
Please contact our guest services team in the first instance. We'll endeavour to collect you from a location that's a short walk from the Glastonbury coach drop off point, and bring you to site.
Our guest services team will also inform you of arrangements for your return coach nearer the festival date.
Whilst there is a walking path back to Sanctum Village, it is unlit and we don't recommend walking. The shuttles will be running all day and night, and can be tracked on our mobile app from inside the festival, so we recommend checking the app first.
The app also contains the walking route to follow, should you need it.
Check-in & Check-out
Our gates open at 10am on Wednesday 23rd June 2027. If you'd like to arrive the night before, you can do this for a small additional fee, which also includes a drink and snack on arrival, plus breakfast on the Wednesday morning.
When you arrive, our friendly security team will ask you for your QR code to allow you access to the site. They'll then quickly check the ID's of everyone aged 16 or over in your party, to make sure it matches our guest list (you'll be able to update which guests are coming in your guest portal).
Once this is done, we'll show you to your assigned parking space, then help you with your luggage down to your tent.
Arriving late is no problem at all. Our standard check-in hours are from 10am to 10pm, but if you're going to arrive after that, just let our guest services team know and they'll be glad to arrange a late check-in at no cost.
Checkout is at noon on the Monday, however you can stay on site until 8pm for a small additional fee.
If you'd like to leave on the Sunday night instead, please make sure you indicate this on your booking form, or contact our guest services team to update this. We'll then make sure your parking space is nearest to the gate exit so you're not struggling to leave the site.
Facilities on Site
The short answer is - yes and no. We have StarLink WiFi on site for everyone to use, however due to the amount of bandwidth available, it's only suitable for web browsing, messaging, emails and using the Sanctum Village app.
It's not possible to stream TV, Music & Movies unfortunately, so we'd recommend downloading a few episodes before you arrive if you want to watch something in your tent.
Again the answer here is yes and no. Whilst the signal can be very strong on-site, network congestion often becomes an issue due to the sheer amount of people in the area.
Yes, we have secure lockers available in the SkyBarn restaurant that you can access any time between 8am - 3am, and are overseen by our staff. There's no charge to use these lockers, so whilst we've got an amazing security team on site, if you'd rather be cautious, feel free to store any expensive tech items in the lockers while you're at the festival.
We know the summer sun can get a bit much, so if you ever need to cool down, feel free to join us in the air conditioned SkyBarn for a cold drink.
The Nomadic Spa is a relaxation area thats included free of charge for all guests. It includes our Yurt Sauna, Ice Plunge & Wooden Hot Tub.
To relax even more, you can even order a cold beer or prosecco to the Hot Tub from the Sanctum Village app - because who said festivals couldn't be relaxing?
The Nomadic Spa is open daily from 10am - 7pm.
Absolutely, we hold nightly fireside events where you can toast some marshmallows, sing some songs or make smores!
We'd definitely recommend joining us on the Wednesday night for our opening night party around the camp fire, with cocktails, draught beers and snacks available late into the night.
Absolutely - we have 24 hour security on site, to both monitor the gate and check-in guests, along with patrolling the whole site.
